This homemade guacamole recipe has seen me through many a potluck, taco night and Super Bowl, and let me tell you -- every time I share it, someone asks me for the recipe.
What makes this homemade guacamole so good? Here's my secret -- fish sauce. It sounds weird, I know. But a little bit of fish sauce deepens the flavor of the guacamole and adds a hint of umami taste. Try it and let me know what you think!
